The village of Ganeshpuri is very quiet during this time…It’s quite lovely. I love Ganeshpuri during all her seasons but this incipient experience of pre-monsoon, has - so far - had its virtues! (Though it is quite warm!)
Speaking of monsoon, it seems the water tables are quite low in certain parts of India, concerningly so…Thus, this monsoon time - with its thirst and ground-quenching rains - is greatly anticipated.
I was just apprised by a villager that it’s running around 15 days late. I, of course, assume this has probably largely to do, very sadly, with climate change. Hopefully, the rains will come soon.
And I am presently at a local chai stand enjoying a beverage, and conferring with all of you….(Coffee, this time! 😄)
The Bhagavan Nityananda Samadhi Shrine is, as always, so very powerful…I sat in there recently receiving darshan…This is what draws me to India…beloved Bade Baba and the ancient-ness of this land, this India…
It’s, admittedly, a long journey here, but - for this one - so very worth it! And as I approach my 71st birthday, I feel very fortunate…
Receive Ganeshpuri’s beautiful darshan and blessing as you read this.
And now, I think I’ll have some of that coffee! ☕️😄👍🙏
